Lauren Welch

Dr. Welch is a practicing pharmacist at the VA Geriatrics Primary Care Clinic in Madison, WI. She has collaborated with the Chui SAMS Lab on multiple grants within the over-the-counter medication safety portfolio. Her clinical practice involves a geriatric patient population and ensuring medication appropriateness in said patient population through clinics providing geriatrics specialty care to rural patients through telemedicine modalities in addition to her work in the VA Geriatrics Primary Care Clinic.
